Current policy status

A refund window, payment processor, renewal schedule, and binding refund conditions have not yet been published here. The site does not currently offer an integrated billing checkout. Do not assume that a landing-page price includes a specific refund entitlement.

If you paid a seller

Use the contact and dispute process shown on your receipt or payment provider. Include the transaction reference, purchase date, product, amount, and a short explanation. Redact card details, license keys, and private information.

Before buying access

Confirm the seller’s identity, duration of access, renewal behavior, and written cancellation and refund terms. Keep a copy of the agreement and receipt.
